Report Writing 

It is fantastic that you are funded! Congratulations!

Now it's time to show the funder what you have done and how you have met the funder's requirements.

Report writing comes in different shapes and forms; all require some data analysis and a narrative of what the data mean. Each funder has a different requirement and frequency of the report. Some have specific forms to fill out while others may leave it up to you.  

Some examples of grant reports:

• Needs assessment report (including data analysis)

• Implementation plan (including community mapping, logic model, etc.)

• Continuous quality improvement progress report

• Performance progress report (quarterly and annual)
